About the project
As Electrical Team Lead, I designed the control and power systems for an electric go-kart conversion, bringing together the wiring, power conversion, drivetrain, battery pack, and steering system.
Control and power systems
- Designed the control and power systems for the electric go-kart.
- Designed the wiring architecture.
- Integrated a DC-DC converter, BLDC motor controller, dual three-phase motor system, battery pack, and steering system.
CNC machining and fabrication
- Performed 3-axis CNC milling and fabricated CNC waterjet parts for the go-kart.
